Rule 2

If a student is admitted to the hospital or decides to stay at a hotel, it is necessary to immediately re-register, as check-out from the hotel and discharge from the hospital automatically cancel registration.

If a student lives in a rented apartment, the migration registration is issued by the apartment owner (landlord) at the Multifunctional Center (MFC) or at the migration department of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
